Relationships over profits. Always.

Brett A. Rose is the Founder, President, and CEO of United National Consumer Suppliers (UNCS), an international wholesale distribution company he launched in 2002 from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His first deal? A shipment of patent leather purses. Two decades later, UNCS sources over 50 product categories for more than 120,000 retailers and e-tailers across 34 countries.

His leadership philosophy is rooted in authenticity and resilience. After a life-altering health crisis — contracting West Nile, Zika, and Dengue viruses from a single mosquito bite that left him partially paralyzed for months — Brett emerged with a sharpened perspective on what matters: the people around you and the impact you leave behind.

A member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) and a regular contributor on CNBC, Brett brings deep expertise in supply chain dynamics, off-price retail, and the economics of global trade. He has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list three consecutive years, named Entrepreneur of the Year by the South Florida Business Journal, and listed among 40 Under 40 in South Florida.
